CANCELLATION RIGHTS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the products we sell, once the order is completed (payment) and the customer shares with us the name (or names) which will be used to make the composition, we can’t accept any returns or refunds. The major work is done by our compositor on the first part, converting the name to the notes and making the melody, and playing it a number of times to create a unique melody. Due to the nature of our unique product, we cant accept any refund because the most difficult work was done just after the order process. 

If the package with the poster has been damaged during transportation or printed with mistaken, wrong quality, then we start the process to confirm at which process stage the damage occurs. Once its established and both sides agree on why it occur, we can progress with shipping product replacement but not a refund.
